Phil Ingle

Phil Ingle is a creative and dynamic trainer who has designed and run training programmes in a wide range of organisations from banks & insurance companies to construction, plastics, legal services and pharmaceutical companies. He works with all levels of management to assist with implementing new skills to improve organisational sustainability. Phil specialises in helping organisations improve profitability, by managing the business better and understanding more about the financial side of business.

Gillian Perry

Gillian Perry has been a leader in the field of Change Management for National Grid over the last 10 years.  During this time she has managed and advised major change programmes across the business.  She has recently been the global lead on Change Management ensuring the business has effective competencies, techniques and frameworks to manage change.  She has worked globally to ensure people are engaged during times of change, so that the company achieves the benefits of planned strategic programmes.  Currently working with the Change Management Institute on Accreditation of Change Managers in the UK.

Mike Rawlins
Mike Rawlins is an experienced, accredited Executive Coach and Programme Manager specialising in business coaching and in leadership development for project sponsors, managers and team members. He has over 40 years experience in the energy sector as a chartered engineer with a strong emphasis on process and systems improvement for lifecycle asset management  and has managed major programmes of technology enabled business change.

Helen Zarac

Peter Hughes

Peter Hughes is an MBA qualified Senior Manager with over 28 years’ experience in the Water Industry complemented by earlier career in the construction industry. Peter’s background is in commercial management and procurement with particular emphasis on strategy / planning, governance, process assurance and SRM combined with key expertise in Change Management particularly Outsourcing and BPO this includes a two year international Leadership assignment based in Bangalore, India. In addition Peter has significant experience of programme and project management having lead a number of key corporate initiatives both in Operations and Customer Services all complemented by a proven ability to effectively manage operational and technical teams ranging in size from 8-170 FTE.

Ian Woolley


Ian Woolley is an experienced leader and senior manager. A successful track record in a range of disciplines; including change management, organisation and business process design and implementation, large scale business and IS Programme and Project Management. Ian also has a commercial background, developing global sourcing strategies, executing large scale IT sourcing events, supplier relatonship and contract management. He has also worked in service and incident management and undertook a business relationship management role for a number of year. Having worked in the Utility sector Ian has a firm understanding of IS regulatory submissions and negotiations.
